Author Guidelines for FOTROS Journal
Welcome to the FOTROS Journal submission guidelines. We are pleased to consider your work for publication. Please follow these standards to ensure a smooth peer review and publication process.
Formatting Your Manuscript
- Use a standard font, such as Times New Roman, size 12.
- Manuscripts should be double-spaced.
- Margins should be at least 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
- Include page numbers consecutively.
Structure of the Manuscript
- Title Page: Title, author(s), affiliation(s), corresponding author’s contact information.
- Abstract: A concise summary of the article.
- Keywords: 3-5 keywords for indexing purposes.
- Main Text: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion.
- Acknowledgments: (if applicable).
- References: Follow the citation style outlined below.
- Figures and Tables: Include within the text at the appropriate points, not at the end.
Citation Style Please use the following citation formats:
- Books: Author(s). Title. Publisher, Year.
- Articles: Author(s). “Title.” Journal Name, vol. number, no. number, Year, pp. page range.
- Websites: Author(s) or organization. “Title of the page.” Name of the website, URL. Accessed Date.
Example Citations
- For a book: Smith, John. The Science of Nature. Nature Publishing, 2020.
- For an article: Doe, Jane, and John Smith. “Studying the Behavior of Nature.” Journal of Natural Studies, vol. 15, no. 3, 2021, pp. 45-60.
